After looking at... (Verified Renter) After looking at some options I came to realize that this complex would be charging a higher rate (or just as high) as the brand new complexes with all new appliances and features. Although there are some pros with this location, I think ultimately I would rather be putting my money towards higher quality especially if it ends up saving a few dollars.

Nice, mostly quiet,... (Verified Renter) Nice, mostly quiet, good space, lovely grounds, great staff, good floor plans, great storage in the town homes with garages, very reasonable rent. The units are starting to show their age, though, and maintenance works very hard. I would not like to rent in view of the dumpsters that keep breaking and trash spilling out (unsightly), The staff always gets that corrected as soon as possible.
