"1. After the service the bike kept on showing an alarm..." 1. After the service the bike kept on showing an alarm “oil check”. I had to go back to the service to reset the alarm. 2. Paid more than expected. I even had to pay extra money for a simple “fob check”. And the answer was a blunt “change the battery”! 3. Very impersonal and bad service. "Pietro and the technician service my car takes further..." Pietro and the technician service my car takes further steps. i was only regular oil change and brake fluid change. but they take extra step to check overall condition of my car and they find there is a bulge on my tire and need to be change for safety. Pietro help me check if i got cover from the package i purchased and help me claim

"For our oil change service, they took three days to..." For our oil change service, they took three days to complete the service. No one from BMW called us when our car was done. Also, the employee, Lisa Lum York, did not know anything about the service or when it would be completed for pick up.

"I had rough idle problems with my 2010 328 Xdrive. Had..." I had rough idle problems with my 2010 328 Xdrive. Had the car towed. The issue was coils, spark plugs, belt tensioner. The repair bill was more than I expected, even with the discounts that Lisa was able to apply. I probably can’t fault Maranello, more so the reliability of my car. This repair comes on top of two expensive repairs only 4 months ago if someone asked me if I would buy another BMW I could not honestly say yes at this time. Car only has 130K. "The issue was we ordered a specific part from Maranello..." The issue was we ordered a specific part from Maranello BMW (we even showed them the exact part we needed) and their team ordered the wrong part and I thought this was unprofessional so I wanted to let the manager know. He calls me back a week later, and first, he assumed for a male. "They misrepresent the actual kilometres, their arrogant..." They misrepresent the actual kilometres, their arrogant and condescending. I am definitely not impressed with this dealership, It's all about dollar signs, not about customer service. They are crooks, the best kind of crooks in the business.

Lied about loaner availability AMD suggest very expensive service that is absolutely unnecessary. Go to a local mechanic- don’t waste your time or money.
