I had a problem for years with one section of my lawn & nobody there could figure it out. They tried to blame it on my pool equip, lack of water, sprinklers etc. When a new General Manager finally figured it out, I was promised the area would be replaced with new St Augustine after the area recovered. (It was dead & Bermudagrass has taken over the area) The Regional Manager also promised me the same. Now he is no longer with the company, & the new employees won't honor what was promised to me. Rude customer service and bad mannered representatives. I explained that I was not interested in massy services but the rep was very aggressive with trying to get me to sign up, the rep was very distasteful and even rude to my sisters children . I will never recommend this service to anyone .
I had my lawn completely re sodded and an irrigation system put in. The irrigation system was not finished promptly and I had open ditches all over my lawn and big piles of dirt that obscured by front door after rain and winds. During this time a sewer pipe that was left exposed was damaged. After the sodding was complete the lawn looked nice for 2 days. The person who set up sprinkler system set it up for coming on one time only. I was ill in bed at the time and Massey was aware of this. The lawn died. They came back out an... read more

My lawn has gotten progressively worse during 2015 with weeds and now, fungus. Unless I catch the Massey spray tech while he's is present and show him the problems, the Lawn Service Report he leaves at the front door makes no mention of the problems. In fact, even when I do point out the problems, the Lawn Service Report usually makes no mention of those problems. I have decided to give up trying with Massey and will go with another company even though that company will cost me $200 more each year. UPDATE: Massey has respon... read more
If I were just rating my service tech Andrew - I would give 5 stars. BUT, I called this morning to cancel the service for my Small Business and had the worse customer Service experience ever. If I had any thought of using Massey Services in the future (and considering I was interested in using them for my home services) - those thoughts are gone and I will not deal with this company again.
