I wouldn't recommend taking an older car to this dealership. The mechanics aren't experienced or trained to work on 2004 cars and older. The service techs. aren't trained mechanics. Therefore, they can't communicate effectively what's going on with the car or answer detailed questions. It wouldn't be an issue if I was able to speak with an actual mechanic. Thus, giving me effective communication with my extended warranty company.The store manager is a manipulative narcissist.

It felt very much like a bait and switch situation. They scheduled an appointment for me to come in and see the car that I was inquiring about and then the next day the car was gone from their website. Had I not reached out to them proactively, they wouldve had me come in from 30 miles away to see a car that wasnt there. They then proceeded to tell me that they could make me a great deal on other existing inventory but they refused to do so unless I was there in person. I would never recommend anybody go to this dealership!

I had the multi inspection and never was notified about the results. I believe it was never done but I paid for it.

Took over a month and returning my truck three times for my service to be fixed. Customer service was lack luster, non present, or just absent minded. Never could get an answer, on my transmission issues. Paying $4k for something GMC is in a lawsuit for, doesnt seem right.

This place is not reliable. I had the most terrible experience and my father did as well. Two times they made us go in there when approved to get a loan and then finance denied my dad a Jeep because his credit score is excellent. I dont have the best credit yet they wanted me on the lease to sky rocket a profit. We live a hour away and the WHOLE TEAM is so money hungry, liars, and overly promising to take hours of your day already approved and turning you down. I do not recommend this joke of a place. HORRIBLE THROWBACK TO THE 1980s - TOTAL BS EXPERIENCE! THIS CERTIFED CAR WAS LISTED AT ONE PRICE. WE DROVE IT, AND THEN NOTICED PAINTWORK ON RIGHT FRONT FENDER, EVEN THOUGH THE CARFAX SAID NO BODY DAMAGE. THEN WE ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT BASED ON THE BODY WORK, AND THEN ALSO TOLD THE SALESMAN WE HAD LIMITED TIME TO NEGOTIATE. THE SALESMAN WENT INTO THE MANAGER OFFICE FOR 15 MINUTES, THEN CAME BACK WITH A PRICE THAT WAS $3,000 HIGHER THAN THE LISTED PRICE!!!
