Terrible experience, I fell into his trap again. They make a diagnosis to the car, I pay for the repair, in less than 24 hours the car presents the same problem again, I take it under warranty and they tell me no, that it was that the previous diagnosis did not tell me the complete information, and that then they do not cover me guarantee. that I must pay again and it is worth more than three times that of the first preparation. do you think i'm stupid? Bad customer services, staff doesn't care about service delivery looks like spot and rude faces bad communication skills, no follow ups.

Poor customer service. Was told I would get a return call. Only to have to follow up 2 days later. Had my truck for 2 weeks. I finally just picked it up.

The salesperson assigned was an inexperienced person who had no real knowledge of the market, especially my trade in, a 2020 C8 Corvette. This was reflected in an educated bid on my car in a specialty auto niche that is greatly inflated. They got a second appraisal which was $10k less than firm trade offer from another dealer. The sales manager was little help as he did nothing I could see to try and match the trade in number from a competitor.

Took my Yukon for a noise diagnostic and it was only driven once for 7mins with ac fully blasted. After the the test drive 10 mins later I received a call from the service advisor Justin who said they were able to duplicate the noise for a brief period but needed more attempts to diagnose issue. I have audio and video recordings that car was washed after the initial test drive and parked until I came to get it on day 3. The only reason I even checked was the discrepancies in the story. I took it in for an oil change recall and some other issues. I picked it up the issues were taken care of, but no all change. Now, I get to reschedule with another dealership to do an all change and tire rotation.
