Truck not fixed due to back-order parts. Dishonest Needless upsells at absolutely exorbitant prices for plug change ($1100), transmission erase/relearn ($700), and serpentine belt change for some ungodly amount. I will only go there for warranty-covered work.

It was terrible. They did not provide me with a loaner car as provided at my purchase. They are trying to charge me for an oil change that is supposed to be free for the duration of my ownership. They picked up my car on Monday morning and was supposed to have it back to me by Wednesday. They didn't get the techs to look at it timely, so I didn't get my car back until Saturday @ 11:00 am causing extreme stress all week having to be without a car. They were suppose to check everything under the hood when they changed the oil, but they totally missed my corroded battery. Two days later, my car wouldn't start.

Horrible customer service to begin with and diligence is not in their dictionary over there. Its the closest Buick to me and because of that, I will not be getting another Buick when I switch my car next month. Im disgusted.

The experience was terrible!! I paid to have the problem diagnosed and only to be told that I had to wait 5 days for the technician to come back to work. I told the advisor why not to have another technician to work in my truck & he said because he cant take food from the table of the technician BUT what if something happened to my suv while I am waiting ?

It is time to end my relationship with this dealership because the service is subpar. The service advisors are slow, non responsive and only take an interest in money grabs not the performance of your vehicle. They are poor communicators. Took entirely too long on a simple repair. Then chose not to let me know my vehicle was ready when they had full knowledge that I had to rent a car while they nonchalantly addressed my issue.
