I was disappointed that it took 3 hours for my car to be serviced for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation & MultiPoint inspection. I wasnt advised it would take this long when appt was made nor when I arrived. I was told it would take appx an he & 1/2. Due to the rainy weather, it wasnt washed or vacuumed. I shouldve been advised as Id arranged care for my Special Needs son & barely got back prior to Respite worker scheduled to leave & had no time for other errands. At least there was no charge.

Horrible. They had my vehicle for 3 days and never diagnosed the problem with the tailgate. I went to pick up the vehicle after getting the run around only to find that they had damaged my drivers side door.

After lying to us and saying that bad gas caused the truck (its a diesel BTW) to simply turn off on the service road (thankfully my husband had just exited the highway) and lose all communication and throw 19 codes, we sold the truck and went back to Ford. When my car warranty is up, Ill be moving out of a GMC vehicle as well. Appallingly awful service. Any future service my car needs will not be completed at this service dept.
The worst, when I arrived the service rep plugged in my truck and told me it had some codes showing, the truck had died while I was driving it and was having long crank no start issues. It had just been in the shop a week before for computer issues. After 3 days I get a call from the service rep saying it had no codes and nothing was wrong with it. He also stated it was probably bad gas since they switch tanks from summer to winter at some stations. I was 350 miles into the tank of Diesel! Liars
Nothing was done to my vehicle. It sat a whole day at the dealership, wasted my time and didn't have a vehicle to move around that day.
Brad took great care of me from a customer service perspective; however, someone that worked on my vehicle took something from my vehicle.
Brought the gmc in because the mirrors stopped folding in and out. Service said we need to leave the vehicle for 2-3 days just for diagnosis. No loaner vehicle was an option. We only have 1 vehicle available to us so leaving us with no other vehicle isn't an option. Very disappointed with GMC so far. Our last vehicle gave us a loaner for an oil change! That was only 6 months ago.

Was not happy. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Got the oil change but no tire rotation. Wanted the windshield wiper dispenser checked as it has never worked since I bought the car. They said said that would be 189.00 charge for diagnostics. I said forget it. I come from out of town for oil change and tire rotation. I will not come back.Not very accommodating.
