Excellent service. Friendly staff and repairs were completed timely
Have a Service technician rezero to reset a new passenger presence that has just been installed. $150 for less than 15 min job.

Good, not great. The problems for which I brought in the car originally reappeared in full force the very next day after getting my car back. I brought it back the day after, the problems could not be replicated, and they have not occurred since. I can only hope that the fixes made indeed solved my problems--no strong assurances otherwise. Additionally, I had to call in myself repeatedly to get repair status--no proactive effort was made to keep me informed about my car.

The service that I get @ McKinney Buick GMC have always been great! Accurate and timely...cant ask for anything better than that!
Dealer does not lube the 8 Zerks on the steering joints. Service personell could not provide a reason for not lubing those critical zerks, I would be happy to pay for the service. Those joints will fail much earlier than if they were services on a regular basis.
