Horrible! Took forever, lack of updates and worse of all a Manager that lacks professionalism, lies, blames employees and wont honor their word even when I have it in writing.. all to save $29. 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars

GMC says they rotated tires but fail to do so. I know this because 1 tire was marked. I mention this and they tell me they didnt have the lug lock key. Lies!

The dealership gave the vehicle a complete work over to make it worth the purchase. Overall I had a good experience but the estimated monthly payments went up over $200. That was a little shocking. I sold my old truck before hand which had 63k miles and a payment of $648, what I got was the same exact vehicle (+4×4) for 143k miles and a $678/month payment. This was disappointing and it sums up my experience!

I would have picked zero stars. I was contacted about The Chevy cruise and then when I contacted them they told me somebody put a deposit on the car naturally I was disappointment then over memorial day weekend I was contacted and told they still had the car and it was available so I drove an hour away to go look at the car keep in mind we were corresponding the entire way there I was asking questions about the oil change the mileage and was told we would go over the car when I got there upon arriving they come out and told ... read more

I was very disapointed with the service I recived. I called the dealer a head of time to tell them I was having my car towed in but spacificly to let them know it was dangrus to drive! I exsplaned to the first person I talked to I had a total lost of power and brakes! I told then then codes that ccame up on my car one code was for total power loss and the other for a fuel level sensor. I was called by Sam to tell me the problem with my car was the level sensor, I told Sam that may be a problem but that didn't cause what happ... read more

First - They do not have any loaners and they try to trick you into believing that GMC is not reimbursing for rental vehicle or alternate transportation. If you read the warranty agreement GMC clearly states that if the repair is a warranty then this is covered. So push back on this. Second - It took them a long time to repair such a small item. Third - They are not easy to work with. I'd recommend going elsewhwere.

Dishonest diagnostic of the problem in addition to exacturation in the causes of my car problem .As a result I was charges high charges for labor and parts.....

Service advisor Brandi is AWESOME! Genuinely. In fact, I hesitate to even post this review because she is so good. But, when the dealer (including service manager) pretends like they don't hear a fairly loud, and clearly "not normal" noise coming from the engine compartment (that even my 20 year old daughter and literally every other person who rides in my truck hears), in my 2 -year old Sierra AT4, and then says they can't fix it...it's disappointing to say the least.
