Poor communication. I had no way of speaking to my service rep only a website to accept or decline a service. And it said I needed new tires which where for $3k I declined that then my inspection failed. Haha so I took it to a quickie oil lube place paid $20 and of course it passed.

Very poorly I made an appointment to come in to get a extra key and they have no idea who I was very frustrated with this dealership from the moment about my car I havent been happy with the customer service in this dealership they were going back in for no explanation to me

They had my 76 yr old mom wait in the service lane for more than 20 minutes before someone keep to help her. The excuse given was that they did not see her. What that means to me is that whoever was suppose to assist her just looked out their service area window and not go out to check on her. She to the time to come up to Plano from Cedar Hill, that is an hour and twenty minutes drive in traffic.

It took ~10 days. Dec 20-29. I understand delays through a holiday seSon but to not have the necessary parts for repair at the dealership and no loaner my convenience is really poor. Most classic car dealerships can do better
