My vehicle was towed to MB Plano on Father’s Day at 2:30 am. They contacted me at 7:30 am that same morning to get authorization to repair. The tire that blew out was a special order. They gave me a loaner, and got the tire 8 days later. I was never without a vehicle, thanks to my advisor, Jay Henderson.
