I was impressed with multiple items at Mercedes-Benz of Plano. I was shocked that I could schedule an appointment the very next day. Secondly, the service on my vehicle took only a day and a half. Lastly, they honored the quote they originally provided and did not attempt to have me pay the higher price, and I was able to pay it online.
