Zack made my experience of having my car’s yearly service visit so easy. He helped me sync my phone to the car, which I had problems with when I got a new phone. The shuttle service provided was really helpful.

Zack my advisor was very courteous knows a lot about my car . A major tune up was done & I am pleased with the outcome.Chuck came to my home he picked up my C300 Mercedes’ Benz left me a loaner & returned my car when servicing was completed. Great customer service, Aly Lalani was very concerned about my problems with my automobile and getting them taken care of! Very personable! They throughly went over and listed repairs needed! I recommend the Auto Loaner department check the vehicles before loaning them out! While their service was great, the auto I received had very little gas and once I got on the highway the air pressure light started coming on for me to check air pressure. I had to stop for gas and get air put in tires, it did not stop while it kept readi... read more
