Great Experience and good facilities
The service manager kept me informed during the whole process.
Everything went smooth and successful. From the scheduling moment to the pick up time, they were accommodating, professional, quick, nice and knowledgeable.
Service was excellent - As expected.
They did everything for a good price, super quick & were really thorough. My car had a lot more wrong with it than I realized and they did their best to get it back into shape - it's driving SO great now. Luis and Justin are super helpful

I drive further distance to get my service at MB Plano, over the one nearer to me. That's says enough.
Luis was courteous and professional and took the details of the problem down and got me the loaner immediately. He also took down my phone number. I called 2 days later and they could not find my vehicle. After another call they located my vehicle and said that they had been calling and that no one picked up the phone. I asked what was the number that they called and it was one I never heard about. They could have checked our profile and found the correct number. That was a disappointment.
