My service experience was excellent. My service advisor - Roland- was very detailed and kept met up to date on the repair progress. The service advisor Manny, was very courteous and explained the service that I needed. The customer waiting area is very clean and spacious and the water bottles and snacks provided were appreciated. My only dissatisfaction was that the service took twice as long as they had quoted me! So instead of 1&1/2 hours, it ended up being 3 hours!
