I'm always met with my advisors to discuss details of my service and advise on what I think is need beside service A or B. I always get a loaner car and they are newer cars. So I like catching up with all the changes in the new cars. I'm also constantly getting text message updates or phone calls on my device requests which is great. So I would have to say that the Plano service is great.
Brandon Gurley is exceptional! This was the easily the smoothest car purchase that I've ever had. Customer service was top notch. Would highly recommend Brandon and Mercedes of Plano!
