This was my first experience with Mercedes. I was very impressed. The inter-dealership coordination seemed a little clunky, but all-in-all everything worked out well and I have my Mercedes without any hiccups.
I came to the West Chester Mercedes Benz location looking to buy the new CLA 250. I had already been to "another" MB dealer closer to my home, but felt a little out of place. (Actually, the launch of the CLA in this price bracket probably brings a new, less affluent clientele, which might make us seem a little out of place). It was an extreme pleasure to work with Ron and the whole team at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester. Ron was able to answer all our questions and also did a fantastic job explaining the Certified Pre Owned vehicle and the advantage that added to the car. We searched the Mercedes Benz Certified Pre-owned company website, and were able to find exactly the vehicle we were looking for at the West Chester MB dealership. Hooking up with Milton Hughes was just pure good luck. We contacted the dealer at 11 am, arrived in Ohio at 2:00 pm from Indpls. to meet with Milton, and were on our way home with our GL 450 by 5 pm.
