Great experience Had a great experience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly---not the overbearing pushy type that I have dealt with at other dealerships. Ron stayed late showing us how all the instruments on the car worked and even paired my phone for us.
I met Lisa Hines at the Cincinnati Auto show in February 2014. I was comparing many makes and models of cars, and Lisa helped me with Mercedes-Benz. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. She followed up with me afterward without being pushy. And although I wound up buying a Mercedes from another dealership closer to me in Dayton, Lisa worked hard to help me get an incentive that I had signed up for but was having trouble with. I would highly recommend her.
I have given my rating based on the friendly environment, how easy it was to talk to the salesmen, and professional they were when closing the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience with this recent purchase. I have not experienced anything like it before and it made my buying experience easier than I thought it would have been. Thanks to the team!
Experience was great. Lisa was very good to work with and I had no problems with the exception of not having mats in the car when I purchased it.
I had been looking for a car for around six weeks with little success until I spotted a C300 series on the internet site and called to get more information. Milton set me up for an appointment that evening and had the car ready when my wife and I arrived. He explained its features and we took a test drive, had a quick negotiation and bought the car and drove it home that evening. We own two Mercedes and I drive Mercedes for more than 25 years. This service center is one of the best ones I dealt with. They listen to what you need and do exactly what you said to be done. Very good value, even compared to non dealer service centers. Kenny and Andrew are both very competent and you feel in save hands. Highly recommended.
