John was great to work with, first on my preliminary visit and understanding that I would need to bring my wife for a visit to get familiar with the dealer ship and vehicle that we had in mind. Patrick was very attentive to our needs. We found the Acura TL on Autotrader the day it was listed, and Patrick was very helpful through out the entire experience. The car was very well detailed and looked beautiful upon presentation. When we haggled through the price, we were not discouraged about buying the car. Overall very good experience. There was a problem with the car and they fixed it and let me come back and test drive again. Did not get all 5's because there were multiple times where I had to play the waiting game, whether due to other customers taking priority over my sale ( they were looking at new cars) or waiting on the boss to approve the price. I do understand that both were necessary but wished it could have been more streamlined.
Purchashing a new car for my wife at West Chester Mercedes Benz turned out to be a great car buying experience. Everyone was fantastic to deal with, and they all made the process a very easy one.
