Amg purchase I am giving them give stars because the experience that john have me was great from the time I came in and ordered my amg till I got it he was fantastic. The only problem I had was the time spent with the gsm and they wouldn't honor what was promised to me as a customer, not johns fault, but in the end Craig Thomas came through and fixed mostly all of the deal but I understand it's a business but when promising something make sure you get it in writing and signed by multiple managers. My First Benz Mercedes-Benz of West Chester was a fantastic experience. Ron Zullo is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable of every car on the lot, their operation, model differences, ect. Great experience in West Chester Was looking to replace a vehicle (already sold). Online offered a lot of vehicle choices at several dealerships. The deal that was offered at Mercedes Benz of West Chester, both the deal on a vehicle, and MB financing was to hard to pass up, and took other dealerships out of the running. New vehicle purchase Milton was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He was patient in presenting the options of leasing versus buying and helped list pros/cons to each option. Very easy transaction Very happy with my Purchase- I called after hours and just so happens Will answered the phone. The following day Will spoke with Tom in finance and we made sure I had all of the necessary paperwork to pick my new to me car up the following Saturday. Whole transaction took less than 1 hr and I was on my way out- I would not hesitate to recommend Will and Tom for future car purchases.
I Found My Car I am actually not a great fan of driving. I had originally looked at a car at MB Cincinnati because it was close to my home. I was "led" to MB West Chester and subsequently to Ron Zullo. I knew which model I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay for it. Ron was very courteous and working with him on a price that I could live with was not painful. I drove away with the car I had originally wanted and I am so far, very happy with it.
Recommending Mercedez Benz of West Chester I had the chance to visit and purchase GL450 from this dealership in 1st week of May. Mr. Patrick McClellan was very thorough and professional in listening to our demands and then going over the best match we were looking for.
