Customer Friendly experience for new car sales. Working with Will was very easy and comfortable. I never felt like I was getting the "car salesmen" approach. I got a fair price for a very good car and would recommend working with Will and the West Chester team. Most everything was simple and easy. It did take a long time to get things finalized in terms of price and getting the car ready (over 2.5 hours), but I am quite confident that is every car dealership in the nation.
Great customer service! From the time I got out of my car and on to the parking lot of the dealership, I witnessed professionalism. They were very helpful in getting me the right car for the best price! Everything about my visit was great. I never really like car shopping but I would do that all over again ! The staff there is awesome. Even the other dealers that walked pass me was nice. I LOVED IT! I will be back for my next car.
Jeep Limited Jet Finally Found! My husband and I have been checking on line for used Jeep Limited Jets in our area, up to 200 miles from our home, for several months now. 2011 Lexus RX350 Drove to West Chester MB from Indianapolis on a Thursday afternoon in March, 2014 to see a Lexus RX350 that I had found online. The vehicle was great. My wife loved it, and we decided to buy it. Since we had to go to our Indianapolis bank to get certified funds, we asked what deposit was required to hold the vehicle for a day. We were told that this dealership does not accept deposits on used vehicles and that if someone else came in to buy the vehicle before we got back, they would sell it to them. Not a go... read more

Excellent Service Excellent, Excellent service, the moment I exit my vehicle I was met by a sale associate , who greeted me and introduce me to John Moore. Mr. Moore, addressed each of my concerns and questions, also he explained the pricing objectives and overall his willingness and attention to details was remarkable. Mercedes westchester I had a very positive experience,again, at the dealership in Westchester.My lease was coming to an end and Ron left me a few messages. I stopped by the dealership and told Ron what I was looking for. Great place My wife and I love mercedes of west chester. this is our third mercedes with them and we will never go anywhere else. the device is excellent, they are respectful and truly take care of their customers and give them the "best deal" they possibly can within reason. If you're getting a mercedes (which you should be) this is the place to , hands down.
