Will made my first Mercedes Benz experience very memorable. He was not pushy at all which was something I feared when I pulled into the parking lot with my Volkswagen Jetta. I went into the dealership thinking I was going to buy a used Mercedes and ended up leasing a brand new one and I could not be happier with my decision. This car is absolutely amazing and it's definitely a head turner. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering purchasing or leasing a luxury car.
I was glad to meet someone like John because I am truly happy with the choice that I made. Well, it all started with the collision center, under Mike Hardin and his team, referred me to Jason Hackney who set me up with Ron Zullo. Before that Mike Hoppius had helped me to understand what vehicles were available and Eric Thomas had helped me to gather the paper work for the insurance company after my previous Mercedes had been involved in a single-collision wreck (due to black ice). We have driven a variety of luxury cars over the last 25 years but this is the first time we have returned to the same dealership. Our sales consultant, Ron, was knowledgeable and respectful of our needs and preferences. Our service advisor, Andrew, is always personable and attentive to our service needs.
