Only good if you stay in your apartment and that’s it The team themselves are nice and the units are like any other luxury apartment. However all the amenities and services that are supposed to be “luxury” are typically broken or more frustrating to use than they’re worth. If anything breaks (I.e. the pool, gym equipment, gates, any door that lets you onto the property) it takes months to fix if it gets fixed at all. Verified Renter The apartment is located in a friendly and safe area. The pricing is bit high but the apartment is up to date with appliances, light fixtures, flooring, apartment door locking security, package lockers, swimming pool and especially Gym. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

Verified Renter Pool is always closed cause residents break glass in the water. All of the gates to enter the property are broken and don’t lock. The roads around the complex are pretty dangerous too, people always speeding and large semi trucks always parked on the side of the road.

Verified Renter Mercer 1900 is just awesome. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. They really treat you like you are a part of the family. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is fixed within 24-36 hours. The community has a quiet, family friendly atmosphere. One of my favorite things is that we have a walking trail/path that goes around the entire complex

Charge extra fees on top of your monthly charges -Trash pick up issues- they don’t pick up the trash intentionally, and fine chosen people for keep the trash out at night etc. -charging me extra unnecessary charges in my account on top of all payments paid monthly, - have to go and talk to them and make sure these extra charges are voided, and inspection come and look at my place before I move out so they don’t decide to charge me fines for any property damage. - don’t care about they actions when are not taking their respon... read more

Verified Renter We just occupied and appliances arent even tested to see if they were working. Dryer not working and no trash bin. No proper inspection done and the bathroom flooded day 1
