Verified Renter Everyone has been very helpful so far. Apartment was not totally clean when moving in and we have a couple problems like a toilet leak and ac problem.

Verified Renter Mercer 1900 Apartments are located off of highway 635 and 35, just on the border of las colinas and the farmers branch area. We have now been residents here for 16 months. It's been great living here. We have gated community and it's secure. Easy to go anywhere within 15 mins max. Overall good.

Verified Renter I love living here. The pricing is great, the management and maintenance team are great. However, I wish that other residents understood that leaving the trash on the compactor platform is unacceptable behavior. I mean come on. We’re adults here. Pretty dang lazy if you ask me.
