The location is great. I love the Coal Creek Trail, the bikeable neighborhood, close proximity to swimming and the Rec Center, and the quick access to US 287 and the Northwest Parkway. The doors and Hunter Douglas shutters are high quality, contributing to energy efficiency.
Good relationship with builder : Macade Trim (my builder) He always works hard, responds quickly, and is a professional engineer.
The quality of the tile work and cabinet work is very nice. The home generally seems well constructed. Kirk was generally responsive, though a bit spotty, and always very, very polite. He's professional but overwhelmed with work and cannot be as responsive as I'd like. I worry about follow through on punchlist items though because several items have been mentioned throughout the three inspections and were not (and have not yet) been taken care of. ALL REPRESENTATIVES ARE VERY PLEASANT. THEY HAPPY TO PROVIDE ANY HELP. THE FRONT YARD IS REALLY GOOD WITH BUSHES AND TREES AND SOME PLANTS. WORKMANSHIP IS GOOD.
Chris Johnston was phenomenal during the building process and continues to be after closing. He is extremely responsive to messages and has always gone above and beyond to help out in every situation presented. The overall floor plan is great. Having an energy efficient home has saved us a lot. Neighborhood location. Smart home features.
