The Jackson is a great layout and Pasquale was excellent through the whole process and Ross did a great job building it.
Poor buying experience. Meritage will promise you the stars and moon but will not deliver on anything. Make sure you get it in writing on what they tell you.

The warranty Dept is the worse we have ever experienced. Dont care dont follow up dont keep appointments.
I was so excited to purchase my dream home until the sellers agent strong armed me into changing my closing date. I’m a single mother with a disabled child and I was putting every last dime into this house. Meritage changed the agreed upon closing date which would effectively cost me $6k more! I don’t have it! Yet if I don’t comply they can keep my earnest money! I’m so disheartened! There’s nothing I can do as they’re going to charge me a $250 penalty per day I “push” the closing yet the changes the closing moving it up by ... read more
