Worst Customer service ever. Warranty Team is horrible, they do not attend Warranty Claims reported since Closing (7 months ago), they never honor their words. I will never every but or even recommend MeritageHomes. Stay Away!

Poorly built homes. Never again will I ever use this builder, nor would I recommend them to anyone. The floorplans on the houses are horrible to the point that professional movers are unable to fit standard sized furniture up the stairs, including a queen sized box spring and a king sized headboard. The outside, take a look at the siding on any of the houses. It looks like it’s melting off. Meritage will tell you that it’s because “the sun is so strong," but it's obviously very cheap siding.

The absolute worse builder. Have a roof leak in a home under 2years old and the roofer spend 10 minutes on the repair and the first heavy rain and is leaking again damaging the repaired ceiling. Don't buy from them they do not care about you

We are first Home Buyer and to be honest it is the worst and lowest quality builder I ever have seen. Starting from the construction material to finishing of the construction is very very lower in quality. In one or two weeks our electricity went out and we were in black out all night. After complaining their construction manager ( a most insincere one) came and advised us to call Center Point energy... we did and CPE Team came and fixed it and advised us to ask the construction company to change the wiring. Awful experience, Racist sales manager Michelle does not want to sell to anyone of Middle Eastern, African or even some Spanish origin. Therefore, I advise anyone who wants to deal with this company to bring a DNA test before sitting at the negotiating table with this racist company.
As a current “Merishit” homeowner approaching my 1 year in my house, all negative reviews you are reading are 100% reality. Any positive reviews you read, it was because they were coerced with free pizzas for a positive review. I moved August 2021 to my new home. I have some problems which were under warranty. I requested at least 10 times for service. They did not respond and they did not fix the problems. After around 15 months later, they contacted to me about my requests. One of the person, his name is Josh came to my home and he checked the problems. He told me they are gonna fix the problem.
