My fiance to be was extremely specific about what she wanted and I was so nervous to make sure we got her the right ring. Mika was simply amazing. She patiently led me through all of the steps of selecting a diamond and finding the perfect setting. Along the way, she explained all of the different specifications and listened closely when I told her what I was looking for. If I could give Mika Rockett and Mervis Diamond Importers more than 5 stars I would! I worked with Mika and she was fantastic. She was extremely helpful through out the process and very conscious of my budget and did not try to "sell" me on a ring or diamond. Ronnie Mervis himself came in during my consultation and sat with me. He offered advice and made sure I was taken care of. No other jewelry store came close the level of customer service that Mervis provided. First class experiece!

I bought my fiancee's engagement ring at Mervis last year and have no regrets. While it's cheaper to buy one at a chain store, for an important ring such as an engagement one, I highly recommend an independent diamond importer, such as Mervis. Their customer service is excellent and they give you all the information you need when deciding a purchase.
