I have had no complaints with Mervis Diamonds since I was introduced to them by a friend 2 years ago. I have not only purchased my Fiancee's engagement ring, but also our wedding bands from Mervis and they turned out beautifully. We worked alongside Dodi and she was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience shopping for engagement rings at Mervis. Our sales associate Maria was awesome! I had previously emailed her several ideas of styles I liked, and by the time we arrived for our appointment she was well prepared and showed me several rings she had already selected based on my preferences. I have nothing but great things to say about Mervis Diamond Importers! They go above and beyond to make sure you get the best quality jewelry for your special occasion. My fiance to be was extremely specific about what she wanted and I was so nervous to make sure we got her the right ring. I had a lot of questions and concerns that all the staff at Mervis was so knowledgeable and were able to help me out big time. Mika was simply amazing. She patiently led me through all of the steps of selecting a diamond and finding the perfect setting. Along the way, she explained all of the different specifications and listened closely when I told her what I was looking for. If I could give Mika Rockett and Mervis Diamond Importers more than 5 stars I would! I worked with Mika and she was fantastic. She was extremely helpful through out the process and very conscious of my budget and did not try to "sell" me on a ring or diamond. Ronnie Mervis himself came in during my consultation and sat with me. He offered advice and made sure I was taken care of. No other jewelry store came close the level of customer service that Mervis provided. First class experiece!
