I like that it was right on the beach, but I was charged a higher deposit fee when I got there to check in

I like the lication of the hotel. However the rules amd lack of supplies were unacceptable.

The location was good, it was near south beach. We got a 2 bedroom apartment with a so small bathroom. There were mosquitos inside the room. Kids got so many mosquito bites. The first day staff didn’t do anything about it. The bathroom was so small that there was no room to keep anything. We just needed 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and sofa bed... but instead we got 2 bedroom which was not needed as kids were small and had to sleep with us.

Space of the room was goof, the location good too. Room was DIRTY, so dirty! I couldn't walk on the floor barefoot. I felt discussed. Microwave not working, oven not working, toaster not working. All appliances dirty - how can this be possible??? Sheets on the bed so wrinkly that I thought someone had sleep on them. For the price charged - big mistake!

Charged $47 for towels that had Makeup on them! They were face towels- Bleach easily gets that out. AC would turn on then off and it will be hot then cold the next minute. Overall, was great- except those 2 issues.

No place to put your soap or towel while in the shower

Hello O, thank you for a great rating! Each bathroom has a corner shower basket for soaps next to the shower handle. We have hooks in the bathroom for towels, but not inside the shower area. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will join us again soon.
