Beware! The place is not like the pictures. I've got a dirty room with stains everywhere, ripped furniture, strong odor of mold! I couldn't stayed there for 5 minutes. Will call the city health department to inspect this place. The smell is really bad!
This is by no means a 4 star hotel, uses very old photos and is false advertisement. The room was flithy and had to be cleaned again and was still dirty. The shower flooded the bathroom. The headboard to bed was falling apart flaking all over the bed. The hotel restaurant is a FAT TUESDAYS and plays loud hip hop and rap until midnight. There is no hotel common space for guests. The courtyard no longer has lounge chairs and is instead a loud outdoor bar for Fat Tuesday guests with metal chairs, and causes a noise disturbance ... read more

room size is good Small kitchen, dining, and living space - -There a night club on the first floor playing geto music all night, hard to sleep. Staff was nice - cheap construction/remodel work, doors have large gaps, paint was sloppy, windows moldy. Good location, not far to the beach and restaurants - homeless people yelling at guests in front of the property and the security just placed on their phones Overall if your over 25 or have children I would select a different place to stay.

The entire room was sticky and unclean. The white leather bed frame was completely worn out and nasty. There was not trash can in the kitchen area. There was a very tiny TV in the living room area that was broken and the screen wasn’t clear. There were bugs in the kitchen area. The staff was not attentive. There was a night club directly below our room with loud bass music going into the early morning hours making it impossible to sleep. Terrible experience!!

I liked the location but didn't liked the Cleanliness of the room, they offered me to change the room but as I already cleaned it by myself, no longer needed to change the room. On the last night the rooftop inside the room was leaking and all my stuff get wet, as well as the apartment too. The managment and the staff was friendly and changed my room as they heard what happened.
The bedframe I had to sleep in was so gross it was peeling. The microwave did not work. And it was so noisy at night. Parking was a nightmare. Would not stay there again

The property is very poorly managed. We had to call maintenance to fix the lock twice during 3 days. The housekeeping is shoddy at best, they didn’t clean the rooms properly. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, i feel the staff is the only reason the hotel is still standing.
