Comfortable but was blown off. Oven didn't work. Called for service and no one ever showed up.
Good location. Cockroaches in room and hallways. had issue with valet and xtra sheets for third person in room that I got charged for.
Beware - Charges from Unused Mini Bar ! Whilst at the hotel, everything was 100%; beautiful apartment, lovely staff, fabulous location. We booked Valet parking for $35 a day, total $105 which was average. I signed for this parking only as we had already paid Hotels.com for the accommodation. A few weeks after our return, we noticed we had been charged for items from the mini bar (bottle of wine and energy bar) which we did not have!. It should not have upscale in it’s bio!!!! The staff was friendly but the Floors were dirtyand They never changed the sheet or made the bed. 5 nights. It had a mildew smell as well.
we arrived at around 8:00 pm at dec 26th. There is a gate at the side of the property that we need password to get in. And the screen on the door shows hit 001 to reach administrator. Me and my friend tried almost half an hour and there is absolutely no reply. If it wasn’t someone came out of the building, we couldn’t even get in. Not happy with family as kitchenette were not fully equipped. Rooms are not kids friendly. Staff does not understand English. Only manager and receptionist were very helpful.
