Try to Avoid, Rude Staff, Bad Customer Service!!! I have stayed with my family for 5 nights at Metropole Suites and front desk seems to not care with any issues we raised at this period. We try to avoid any contact until the end of our visit. Since the hotel has a full mini bar in the fridge and the kitchen area, we never used or track what's missing every day. The best thing about this hotel is that it’s in mix Other then that when u get there I will get hit with things other then the hidden fees u were told about ..on top of that they charge for skittles we didn’t even have ..and wouldn’t give more towels because of what Expedia put in for the reservation amount ..a mess

Fraud Charge For Mini Bar My very first time staying at the metropole was in 2011. It’s a very nice place to stay. It was fairly new and clean. Great service. I was very disappointed visiting this summer. I decided to bring my wife and kids back cause we had such a pleasurable experience last time. BAD IDEA! I specifically went to the Walgreens a block over to buy all the food and drinks we needed for our stay in South Beach. Only to be charged $30 days later after check out for the mini bar. I loved the villa vibe when you walked thru the gate. Staff was amazing. Beautiful room!!! Poor cleaning.

1. Oven barely worked. We called for help and she said she would come help. Went down an hour later and she was watching Netflix. Our oven woul not turn off. Was missing knobs. 2. We were charged for snacks we didnt eat, they said they would fix it after i called and they didnt. 3. Our shuttle never came to pick us up. I even asked the girl how far it was and she said 10 minutes. Never showed up. 4. The pool is tiny and dirty. 5. Cleaning service is very nice, some front desk girls are useless. 6. Not bad but service kinda sucked It was ok. Cable didn’t work the whole time there was promised it would be fixed but never happened !!
