The pool was dirty, looked like a dog bath. Elecator lights didn’t work so it was very confusing. The hotel staff was very nice, but very slow. The hotel room- (1) the bed did not have a fitted sheet, (2) snack bar pringles were old- didn’t even crunch.... overall I probably would not stay there again and would not recommend it to a friend, over priced for the services and accommodations provided.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THIS HOTEL IS NOT EVEN A 1 STAR HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE! HOTEL IS NOT CLEAN AND ROOM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED ALL THE TIMES!

Don’t stay here. Noisy, dirty, scary, horrible bathroom and kitchen. While we had lots of room, we really didn’t want to spend any time there. Considered checking out early. Really bad

I don’t recommend it at all They give a new customer my room cards and the new customer enter my room and steal my sunglasses I spent about two hours just to get my sunglasses back I get it finally but I didn’t recommend this hotel at all They didn’t have napkin !! The location is far from the life of south beach

My room was infested with coach roaches I stayed at the Metropole hotel. And my room was infested with coach roaches the size of mice. The air condition didnt work and my room had no blinds. So I couldn't even sleep in.. I wouke up at 6:45 after not going to sleep until 2 because of all of the light coming in. Then, maintenance told me they didn't have anymore blinds which is why my room didnt have any. I tried to reach out to the manager Gregori Capella several times about getting a refund. Metropole hotel horrors first room was filthy, smelled of mildew and mold. bed sheets were not changed from previous guests. only one clean towel and no room safe. cable t.v.service was not working at all first night. Hotel staff was totally incompetent. no hotel maintenance people work on weekends. second room was a little better but the bed mattress was old and lumpy. unable to sleep om mattress due to so many hard lumps. also stove did not work. once again no cable t.v. service and I noticed people cancelling their reserv... read more
