Bugs in the shower! Bugs in the shower... Everywhere!! Natural musty hotel smell. Close to the turn up but should be a last resort.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DIRTY, RUDE, NO REFUNDS, NO UPDATE Checked into this hotel on Jan 2nd, 2017 and was shocked at the condition of the room. I was on vacation with a few girlfriends. The photo’s online showed the hotel in great condition. Front desk also agreed that the condition was very poor and they understood that we did not want to stay there. Found a roach in my room at first I thought everything was going to be nice you could tell that they did have some structural issues the toilet leaked the shower was terrible water was getting everywhere it had a slight odour and we found a roach the first night we stayed there scattering across the floor spoke with the manager she was no help I would definitely not recommend this if you have a problem with those type of conditions this is definitely nowhere near a two star hotel

Ok hotel The hotel was ok I didn't like the smell once we got off the elevator. The room was dark very little lighting. Don't think we'll be staying here again

Worst customer service ever This hotel could not accommodate our needs. No parking for our vehicle, said we could park on the street and most we would get a ticket. Say they are pet friendly. They are not really. You can have pets in rooms but no where to take them to the rest room. Gabriel in reservations was the most unhelpful, sarcastic person I have ever known working in customer service. Everything old, dirty and/or broken. Close to beah Bought cleaning supplies and spent first day trying to make it tolerable.

Very Disappointing Having read all the reviews we had much higher expectations. We found the room to be very tired and in in need of upgrades, particularly in the bathroom. Very sad indeed.
