Dirty and just plain sad. We booked for two days. Took way too long to check in. Way understaffed. Grounds would be nice but they were dirty. Ashtrays everywhere, not swept, carpets in common areas in need of vacuuming. Room smelled heavily of cleaning materials to the point your eyes watered. Curtains would not open. Checked out after one day and went to another property. If you go to South beach DO NOT STAY HERE. I am not a complainer. In fact, this may be the first bad review I have ever written on VRBO.

I expected much more... The location and price were excellent, but the room and facilities left a lot to be desired. We stayed in room #209. I can see that This hotel was nice at one time. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen, but many doors of the cabinets were broken and did not open or close properly. The air conditioning didn't cool the room very well and the wall register in the bedroom was not blowing any air, which made the room way to warm! Terrible costumer service. It was terrible the front desk was terrible and the check in was suppose to be at 3:00pm the room was not ready in till 6:00 pm I had 2 rooms but I cancel with you guys on time orbits tould me that I would have my refund back and the for the first night deposit and I haven't see that yet and then the hotel charge me the remaining balance for a room the I cancel with you guys on time I would like for you to go back to my call with orbits so you can see that with the person I spoke to tould me I will... read more

KAN IKKE ANBEFALES Jeg kan desværre på ingen måder anbefale dette hotel. Hotellet er vildt skævt, og værelserne er beskidte. Vi kom til hotellet sidst på eftermiddagen, tog et hurtigt bad og så videre. Da vi kommer hjem omkring kl. 1.30 opdager vi, at der er karkelakker på værelset. Manden i lobbyen giver os dog et nyt værelse, men er meget ubehøvlet. Der var iøvrigt heller ikke vand i poolen - meget LILLE pool, hvilket jeg ikke mener, at man kan kalde en pool. Will never stay there again! first, it took 30 minutes of standing at the desk before checking in. Our room was at a constant 77 degrees. TV reception was horrible and so was the lack of channels. Neglect from front desk when calling. Such a shame, for such a beautiful room and perfect location. upon check-in we were given 2 queens, instead of our requested king bed.

Horrible Hotel Experience Just minutes after we checked in the elevator broke down and we were stuck for 5+ minutes. We had to climb and go down 3 flights of stairs our entire time there. We even over heard the desk attendant Zach say that the elevator broke because we were big. Our shower did not work and we hadfo call several times to get it fixed and it took 4 hours for someone to come. Only for it to do the exact same same thing the next day. Not impressed Hotel looks great in pictures but dont get fooled by it. It's an old hotel with smelly corianders and slow elevator. There's nothing fancy about this hotel. Creaky floors, dim lights and nothing impressive. Kitchen has no dishwasher, half of the features don't work on microwave. Bathroom was the dirtiest we have ever seen in a hote so far.
