For the area,... (Verified Renter) For the area, this is probably the best for the price. The units that were remodeled due to flooding are nicer. This area does flood very often but besides the original flood a few years back, it hasn't reached the doorway again.

The apartment model exceeded my expectations and definitely gave me a good idea of what my very own space could potentially look like. I really love that you have the option of painting areas of your choice in the apartment. Mike was a great help. Awesome conversationalist! Looking forward to working with him in future!
