Exceptionally Friendly Managment I live in this apartment complex for three years and I will stay here further. Currently, both inside and outside of apartments are truly renovated. The area is green and nice. Plus the new team of management is outstanding!!! They are so friendly and quick. I love the Nob Hill!
My apartment Our community was built nearly 50 years ago. However, the current management company is in the process of doing a major overhaul from interior upgrades, to landscape and common area maintenance including the parking lot. The maintenance staff is responsive and take care of problem areas quickly. It is a good value for the rate. Nice quiet community.
Moyah Jennings I've resided at Nob Hill for approx 7 years. We've gone through at least 3 different Management Services. But one thing that has always been true is that this residence has maintained it's superiority when it comes to cleaniness, customer service and overall maintenance. Nob Hill, Houston - Reasonable Balance This complex has done much to update their cute, yet somewhat dated apartments. Units are large and offer a good use of space (open kitchen/living/dining; walk-in closets; spacious bath/vanity area). Rent is very reasonable for the balance of necessity and want, along with location and maintance response time. It's a great fit for someone looking for quiet, well-maintained, inexpensive apartment home.
It's okay haven't had much problems yet. Sometimes the a/c seems not to work but it turns back on.
Love my apartment Quiet neighborhood. I feel safe here. The management has been great and the rent is very reasonable. They are pet friendly and the resident team plans some fun activities.
Houston Texas where everyting is Crazy BIG!!! Houston Texas where everything is BIG! This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom palace is 1700 square feet. So for me (mom) and my 2 adult kids it's absolutely perfect! While actually NOT a palace, its cozy and right next to the Bayou which is great for jogging except that for now its 100 degrees outside and feels like 112. Beautiful Nightmare Of course everything was great when I moved in, however, during the course of staying here these are things I have encountered: Someone got shot on the corner of my section and died, then my neighbor gets rob and beat with a gun, she moves out. Mold is everywhere in bathroom, I'm pretty sure they just paint over it. I'm getting bit almost every night to what I believe is bed bug bites.
