Do not buy it! Ink cartridges were not working properly. The agent hold me on the phone for st least 45 minutes without helping twice. The setting for the printing quality when I changed it for best could'nt be change back for normal. On and on and on.

NGpaper feeder Would have given 5 stars but the feed tray doesn't hold enough paper for a machine that prints quickly. Wish I had known before purchasing.
Low print cost and fast printing I am printing about 1000 sheets per month. This printer paid for itself in comparison to my other printer, which was an HP Envy. The print quality is not quite as good but it's suffice is for all my work. It is a fast printer.
Don't buy this! It's been a giant pain in the butt since we got it. Doesn't work as a printer. It's just an expensive fax machine now. Spent hours with tech guys trying to fix the problems to no avail. After much research, we thought this machine would be best for what we needed. We're very disappointed.

Poor Image Quality with Equally Poor Customer Support Yellow ink use is much much slower than the other colors. One inlet hole for the yellow ink cartridge is partially blocked by the finish material on the metal OR it is slightly malformed. Both times I have called customer support at Brother my explanation was dismissed. They insisted on doing inkjet cleaning and that just used up the cyan and magenta cartridges. I am so disappointed in this printer I am so disappointed in this printer. I purchased it about 6 months ago with the "2 years of ink". It was easy to set up, and worked fine until an error code appeared on the LED screen - "ink absorption pad full". Dead in the water. It won't work at all, and it's something that has to be resolved by an authorized service center. It's not a warranty item, although with less than 1000 pages printed, I'm sure it's a sensor issue. Would make a good boat anchor. I'm done with Brother printers.
