Cheap software software sucks. Pain in the ass to hook up, slow to print. Its just a cheap printer. Not good for office with multiple machnes and a network.
REFUSES TO STAY ON WIFI/PRINT QUALITY AWFUL Thought this looked like a good deal. But I quickly found out this printer REFUSES to stay on wifi. I have 3 computers. One is wired to the printer, as it's right next to the printer; the other two are supposed to use it via wifi, but the printer constantly loses the wifi connection. NOT RECOMMENDED This printer is pretty bad. I haven't even printed 100 pages or changed out the ink yet and it jams every time I print something double sided, and takes a long time to print anything. Very slow, and jams up A LOT. I would highly recommend not buying this printer. I wish I hadn't wasted $250 on this and just got a cheap printer that would work the same or better. This one had good review, maybe I got a dud?

So wish I could have liked it - poor color/wash-out. Pretty certain the one we received was defective. Color & two sided printing issues. But before I get into that: Took a little longer to set up than expected but managed with no help. The design is incredible, so compact for a multi-function printer very impressed. If you like errors and troubleshooting, you'll love this printer! I've had this printer for more than a year. If you like frustrating printers, this gadget is for you. Almost every single time I print something I get a bing-bong error message. This message doesn't tell you what's wrong, why it won't print the document - it just says error. That's it. Painfully Slow I almost really like this printer. But it does wind up being very flimsy, but its speed killed the deal for me. It took over a MINUTE to print a single page of double-spaced text, double-sided. I'm used to Epson Workforce Pro speed, so I'm switching back over to Epson.

The ink usage is no better than any other printer I've used The ink usage is no better than any other printer I've used. Two years of ink in the box if you print 20 pages a week. I have printed no more than 2,000 pages and have gone through 90% of all ink sent with printer. Very misleading. Print quality is fair. Paper handling is weak. Overall, an expensive printer that does not perform as promised. Would not buy again.

One Star This printer began to jam within the first two weeks and hasn't worked correctly since.
Don't buy this Cannot detect the printer cartridges. Pure garbage.
