Didn't even go through one set of toners before it ... Very fragile plastic. Broke after only three months
Already quit Got this for Christmas 2016....it has already quit 😡. Keeps saying there's something stuck in it, but I cannot find anything. Contacted Brother by email back and forth. Finally decided that I needed to send back but I had to call them to arrange it. I called (which is in Jamaica 😒). After being put on hold MULTIPLE times she finally said they would send me a refurbished one and that I would get an email, which I didn't get. no fax unless you have a telephone line old junk. no fax unless you have a telephone line , the newer better printers have internet fax this lacks this and that's a must have for me , the color is weak and other then that it connects easy doesn't crash ( yet) but if could change my mind I wouldn't buy a printer without ifax or efax . this is out dated junk.
Don't waste your time. I'm not as thrilled as I was hoping to be. It is SO slow during any kind of transaction I've thrown at it yet. And the noise it makes is horrible, sounds like tiny little souls crying out for help. And to print a picture, forget it!!! I'm returning it.
Don't buy for photo printing Very disappointed in this printer. The quality of printed photos is very poor. The photos appear drained of color.. I purchased it based on a PC review that the photo quality was excellent. It is so bad that printing out photos is not worth it. The quality of documents is sufficient for my purposes, which is not professional. However, I did print some flyers for an upcoming event and the quality of the color was poor also. It is not printing? This printer is never ready to print, I usually have to wait hours before it prints? The printer says "Receiving Data." If you do not mind waiting hours until it is ready to print go ahead an purchase this printer. The quality of the prints and pictures are good.
Worst printer I've ever owned It's super slow, the quality is only ok and after owning it less than 2 months it is now completely useless. So much for the 2 year supply of ink that came with it... which btw I was already half way through because the ink nozzles kept clogging and needed to be cleaned, which apparently uses up a ton of ink. Now I have no printer unless I want to ship it to the company at my expense and wait for them to figure out the problem.
If you print ANYTHING in color, this is not the printer for you I purchased this to replace an HP C410 printer. I based my purchase on several industry publication reviews that suggested the significantly lower print cost per page made this printer worth consideration. The reviews also said this printer produced surprisingly good quality photos for printer of it's type. Either the reviews were badly off or Brother has changed their printer or their ink formula. Do not buy it! Ink cartridges were not working properly. The agent hold me on the phone for st least 45 minutes without helping twice. The setting for the printing quality when I changed it for best could'nt be change back for normal. On and on and on.
