Michael was referred to me by my realtor. He was extremely helpful and precise. Always available for questions. He went above and beyond by calling every listing agent for the homes I bid on (9 homes!) to confirm my pre-approval and that he can close quickly. I am very glad that I chose Michael as my loan officer, who has been very helpful in terms of mortgage application. He is very precise and knows exactly what documents I need to satisfy the underwriter. I never thought I would get qualified for this big loan amount. Michael made my dream come true. Now I own a 2600 sf single house in the Bay Area! I also referred my friend to Michael since she wasn't able to get loan approval from other lender, but Michael did it all.

From the beginning, Mike was very helpful in the home buying process (we are first time home buyers). We emailed him on a Saturday evening and he got back to us within 24 hours. He explained the complicated process in a simple and understandable way. I liked how he called multiple times each week during the escrow process to give an update and let us know what the next step is. Mike is a master of his craft and made the home buying experience a pleasant one!

Michael Belfor made what is usually a miserable process straight forward and relatively painless. Without having even met us, he sent us the forms we needed, helped me fill them out, directed me on the process and turned things around literally over night. I would recommend him to anyone. Michael is so awesome! He literally took us from denied for a loan to approved in 5 months. Not to mention his super fast closing time! He's awesome especially if you're new at the whole home buying process. He walked us through everything and was always available when we needed him. He definitely deserves 5 stars for all his hard work.

Can't say enough good things about Mike. He was very helpful and made sure we closed on time. Mike made sure to explain all the loan fees and always updated us on what was happening. What was nice about working with Mike was that he was prompt and thorough. Everything went very smoothly!
