Michelle was great to work with and the loan process was exactly as she promised. She deserves all 5 of her stars. From the start she was honest with me as to what would work and what would not work for my rather complicated loan situation. I could not be more pleased with my refinance.
Michelle is a pleasure to work with, she is extremely knowledgeable and always there when we needed her. She had our refinance completed in a little over 4 weeks. She made the whole process pleasurable, we never stressed about anything as she was always on top of what was going on with the refinance before we even thought about it. I am recommending her to everyone I know!!!
Start to finish, Michelle was the best! So helpful with all our questions, very organized and professional! When we started working with her in February 2016, she gave me a list of all documents needed and letters we may need to provide for the underwriters. Once we had everything submitted, the process was so easy! There were no last minute hold ups, as Michelle had our file dialed to go to the underwriters way ahead of time! She's our loan officer for life!
