Michelle did an excellent job pushing people to get things done on time and the correct way. I thought it would have taken much longer for the process. She did great !!

She was there to answer every question we had, from something super simple to extremely complicated. She made us feel welcome, important, and respected. Michelle did a great job with our home refinance. She was always on top of everything and didn't waste any time. She either called or e-mailed to communicate where we were at in the process.
