Very knowledge and helpful during and after our home purchase. No tricks and very up front with advice and helping us through the process. Having had a bad prior experience with a previous lender (2006), we were initially hesitant to get re-approved and the whole lending process in general. I don't know much about the process of buying a home, so I had many questions. Michelle answered them all, quickly and thoroughly, and she made everything easy to understand. She presented a variety of options to let me know how different factors would impact my monthly payments and the length of the loan, so I was able to pick one that works best for my budget.
The process was estimated to be completed in 30 days, however, we received paperwork all signed in about 2 weeks. This was very fast and great professional service.
