It was a wonderful experience refinancing and getting an equity loan with Michelle. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I expected 4-6 weeks for my equity loan but she was able to get done within 3 weeks. When time is important and communication is high priority, Michelle is will do just that to ensure things are taken care of.

Michelle was patient and helpful, she answered my questions and made the process very pleasant. I even contacted her on weekends. I switched the type of loan and she helped me through every step of the way.
