Michelle has fast and accurate communications, and she takes the time to answer questions in a way that we understand. Closing was superfast: 10 business days, with a Holiday in the middle. The closing costs are very competitive.

Dealing with Michelle was great. With the crazy real estate market it took over a year and six offers before finding the right home. Michelle stuck with us the whole time sending updated prequalified letters with each offer. She gets thing done quickly and efficiently, and she is so nice. It was by far the best experience I have had in getting a real estate loan.
My wife and I felt that Michelle communicated effectively and kept us in the loop on what to expect. We did not experience the typical surprises and stressful situations that you sometimes hear about happening during the home buying process.

Wow! Very impressed with the Michelle Acosta because she has greatest patience with us and always responded quickly to our silly questions or requests.
