Teresa was incredible through our entire process of getting a mortgage for our new home, she answered any and every question,she was very reassuring knowing how nervous I was through the process and made the experience so much smoother. Kevin was absolutely awesome! Going into the whole Home buying process for the first time could be quite intimidating. I was lucky to have had Kevin just a phone call away with any questions I had at virtually any time of day, and believe me I had a lot of questions. Vick was very proactive in getting all the documentations ready for closing on time. Details about the loan process are available to me ahead of time. Lender's calculation of how much money I was going to need at closing was accurate. He is very quick in responding phone calls. he is very friendly while maintaining professionalism. he explains every steps as we progressed in process.
