Mr. Reid was very committed to the process and made the whole home buying less stressful. He was patient enough to see us through two loan applications after the first expired due to issues with the first house we looked at. For well over 5 months he was with us. Susan Luckman did a great job on helping me with my re-finance. She went over all my questions and helped me learn all the details of a re-finance.
