Stephanie helped us with an mortgage application and home loan that was extremely complicated. Her responsiveness was so refreshing and helpful. We called her in the middle of a difficult scenario, and she thoroughly discussed options with us for hours (on a Saturday!). I'd highly recommend Matt. He is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly professionals I've had the opportunity to work with. He walked us through our first home purchase and recommended an amazing real estate agent. He was available for hour long conversations after 9 pm when I had time to ask questions and made it possible for us to leave on our 2 week vacation outside the country without any worries 2 1/2 weeks prior to our closing. If/when we buy another place we will be using Matt's services.

Stephanie made the process of applying for a mortgage so easy. She was always available to answer any questions from beginning to end. I am still amazed, I felt like she was my personal banker. It was so pleasant and refreshing dealing with her.
