This refi was the easiest and most pleasant of experiences! Stephanie was kind, thoughtful and amazingly knowledgable and thorough. I had had a terrible time with another bank - making me pay for unnecessary expenses and ignoring my emails. Stephanie was a dream! Customer service to die for! She made everything so easy. I wish every experience with every company were as great! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Ben walked my wife and I threw a thru daunting process every step of the way he answered every question we had and follow it up with us after hours and on weekends we received more help from Ben than our lawyer.Ben you get five stars in my book you help me make my the wife and kids very happy

Matt was an awesome loan officer, super friendly, and will call you during off hours if needed! He'll guide you in the right direction, very knowledgeable about the process, and he's always there to keep you in track. I can't thank him enough with my process in purchasing my first condo. I would highly recommend him to others who are looking to purchase their first home.

She was amazing! I'm a first time home buyer and didn't know much about buying a home. Stephanie Santoro went step by step with me and communicated everything, there were no surprises. My first experience felt so good, they didn't make you feel like this was a business deal. They felt like family and they genuinely wanted you to be happy and get the deal. Stephanie helped us with an mortgage application and home loan that was extremely complicated. Her responsiveness was so refreshing and helpful. We called her in the middle of a difficult scenario, and she thoroughly discussed options with us for hours (on a Saturday!). I'd highly recommend Matt. He is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly professionals I've had the opportunity to work with. He walked us through our first home purchase and recommended an amazing real estate agent. He was available for hour long conversations after 9 pm when I had time to ask questions and made it possible for us to leave on our 2 week vacation outside the country without any worries 2 1/2 weeks prior to our closing. If/when we buy another place we will be using Matt's services.

Stephanie made the process of applying for a mortgage so easy. She was always available to answer any questions from beginning to end. I am still amazed, I felt like she was my personal banker. It was so pleasant and refreshing dealing with her.
