He was the only one who delivered what he promised, from our first conversation to the day before closing he assured us the loan would close and it did; he did for us what no one else was able to. I was referred to Stephanie by my Realtor. She definitely exceeded all of my expectations in every area from responsiveness to knowledge and follow through. We received a commitment letter in less than a week. The seller's agent could not believe how fast she was and asked for her contact information! We purchased our home in Jan 2015 and 5 months later she's still keeping in touch :) You really can't find this type of service anymore. Stephanie is GOLD!!!!!

This was my first home purchase (co-op). I was referred to Stephanie and Mid Island from a broker and have nothing but great things to say about my experience with her.
