Stephanie made our whole experience wonderful. She is always available, very accommodating and reassuring. I can't imagine getting through the whole process without her, she was such a huge help and always happy to help. I will recommend Stephanie to everybody I know who is interested to purchase a home. Just purchased our 3rd home and Matt was the best person we have worked with to help us in financing our home.He was quick to respond, easy to talk to, easy going honest. I liked his style as he was never pushy but always was quick to get whatever we needed done. I was surprised at how low their fees were- company and Matt are honest and straightforward.

Brian Halloran did an incredible job of navigating my wife and I through our first home purchase. He was extremely responsive to all of our many inquiries and got us an extremely competitive interest rate on our 30-year mortgage. Fees were reasonable and there weren't any last minute surprises; the closing was a relatively quick and painless process.I would highly recommend Brian, especially if you're a first-time buyer.

Having known Brian for a while, I contacted him for a mortgage for our new townhouse. Dealing with Brian and Mid-Island Mortgage made life extremely easy. Having everyone under one roof, Brian was able spot concerns and resolve on the spot. His team processed our mortgage in a very short order and met all of our expectations. I will be recommending others to Brian as he can handle any state in the country. This is the way mortgages should be handled.

Matt is a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive to every question I had throughout the process. Everyone at Mid Island Mortgage was, really. For future needs, I won't even look elsewhere - in fact, I went back to him when I refinanced my home to help cover renovation costs 18 months later.
