Ben made our dream a reality! buying your first home could be scary at times. but ben was always there for us at all hours of the night, answered our phone calls and texts during weekends! went above and beyond expectations, got us closed on time, I would definitely recommend him!

Stephenie Santoro of Mid Island mortgage was the most comfortable lender to work with. She kept in touch with us every day giving updates on the progress of our loan. If we had a question she took the time to explain it. She made the process go so smoothly before we knew it we're closing on the house.

During the entire process, as complicated and tedious as our situation was, Kevin worked with us to the best of his ability. He was very attentive and understanding. As first time home buyers, it's difficult to trust a stranger with such a big decision, but Kevin made it easier to do. He is still helpful even a year later after the closing, helping us refinance for a lower rate and answering any questions we have.

We recently worked with Matt on the purchase of a home in Sudbury Ma. Throughout the process, he was very knowledgable about the mortgage process and responsive in answering our questions . His calm demeanor helped to keep us sane in a process that can be frustrating at times. He came to the closing, bringing us welcome home gifts and a ready smile. I loved working with Stephanie! She was informative but not overwhelming. Stephanie answered all my questions and educated me regarding plenty I didn't know being a first-time home buyer. I was so clueless! She gave me the real terminology and explained everything in layman's terms as well. Very helpful was willing to help build credit with no hesitation great family man to relate to Ben went out his way to make sure my family was comfortable in our settings very respectful went out his way to make adjustments .
