I've been trying to purchase a home for the last 3 years. It was either red tape with the seller the bank or the realtor. I was just about to give up until I was introduced to Ben Werczberger. All I can say is old happy day. I am now a home owner. I can never thank Ben enough for what he's done for me. It was pleasure working with Mr Werczberger on our purchase. This is the second home we work with him on. The first time around I was very nervous but he walk us through the whole process step by step and that's why when we where in the market for buying a second home I reached out to Ben Knowing he would get the job done. I hope to work with him in the future.

We worked with Ben twice and both experinces were great. He was always there to answer any question we had and he was always checking on us. The process was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend him to anybody. We love workong with Ben.
